Implementation Plan for the 2026 Ankang Cup Competition Jiangxi Guangxin New Materials Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the requirements of Document Gan Gong Ban Fa〔2026〕No.39 issued by the Federation of Trade Unions of Jiangxi Province, and in light of the Company’s actual production conditions, this Plan is specially formulated to carry out the 2026 "Ankang Cup" Competition under the theme of Consolidate Safety & Health Defense Lines, Jointly Advance Root-Cause Governance Campaign.

I. Organizational Structure

1. Leading Group

Group Leader: Kuang Junping (Overall coordination of all competition work)Deputy Group Leader: Yu Jianghua (Assist in promotion, supervision and implementation of all tasks)Members: Managers of all Business Divisions (Responsible for on-site implementation of the Competition within respective departments)

2. Competition Office

Director: Pan Yilong (In charge of daily operation, document collection, APP point submission, data compilation and external liaison)

II. Work Objectives

Adopt the integrated model of Online Point Accumulation + Offline Activities + Skills Contest Selection to achieve full employee participation. All staff shall score no less than 90 points on the Company’s "Staff Home" APP, and zero work safety accidents shall occur within the past three years. Fully implement all safety and health management tasks, and strive to win the titles of Advanced Collective and Advanced Individual of the "Ankang Cup" at all levels.

III. Key Work Contents

Carry out work in accordance with the Ten Campaign Initiatives of the Competition, participate in thematic activities, featured events and special industry rectification simultaneously. Retain supporting documents throughout the whole process and upload them to the Labor Protection module of the "Staff Home" APP:

1. Conduct safety law popularization, occupational health training and knowledge contests to ensure high coverage and participation rates.

2. Organize emergency drills and fire inspections, and implement closed-loop rectification for all problems identified in drills.

3. Hold safety-themed cultural activities including essay contests and poster design competitions to expand employee participation.

4. Host Family Open Day, safety story sharing sessions and sign Family Safety Commitment Letters.

5. Roll out the "Snap & Report Hidden Hazards" campaign to encourage employees to proactively inspect and report potential safety risks.

6. Standardize pre-shift meetings and team hazard inspections, and promote standardized team building and safety technology innovation.

7. Select outstanding safety role models and organize experience exchange and promotion sessions.

8. Implement labor protection supervision, improve ledgers, and mobilize extensive employee participation in supervision work.

9. Launch safety pairing assistance programs with complete process records and effectiveness evaluation.

10. Carry out special hazard inspections and featured safety training tailored to the characteristics of the new materials industry.

IV. Implementation Schedule

1. Deployment & Mobilization (May – June): Complete plan publicity and staff registration. Finish the first round of full-staff registration by the end of June, and clarify assessment and incentive rules.

2. Organization & Implementation (July – September): Carry out regular competition activities, issue periodic progress notifications, upload supporting materials timely to accumulate points, and organize safety skill contests and observation exchanges.

3. Summary & Recommendation (October – December): Sort out and compile all documents, conduct self-inspection and self-evaluation, select outstanding candidates to recommend for advanced honors at all levels, and complete work summary and document submission.

V. Work Requirements

1. Clarify accountability at all levels. Ensure full participation across all Business Divisions with complete coverage of publicity, activities and personnel.

2. Deliver pragmatic activities and put an end to formalism. All ledgers, images, videos and records shall be authentic and standardized.

3. Keep a close track of point indicators. Assign dedicated personnel to manage the APP to guarantee the minimum point requirement and strictly abide by selection disciplines.

4. Boost safety management through competition. Translate competition achievements into long-term management measures for work safety and occupational health.
