Notice on Holding Zongzi-Making Activity for Dragon Boat Festival

To All Staff,

The fragrance of reed leaves fills the air, carrying the warm care of our company. As this time-honored traditional festival approaches, the Administrative & Human Resources Department will host a zongzi-making activity themed Fragrant Mugwort for Dragon Boat Festival, Pass Down Folk Customs Together to enrich employees’ cultural life and celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival. In consideration of the company’s production schedule, detailed arrangements are notified as follows:

1. Activity Time: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday, June 15, 2026

2. Venue: 2nd Floor of the Staff Canteen

3. Participants:

• 1 staff from the Supply & Marketing Department

• 1 staff from the Finance Department

• 3 staff from the Administrative & Human Resources Department

• 2 canteen staff (to provide on-site demonstration)

All handmade zongzi will be collected, stored and cooked uniformly by the canteen. Every employee will receive one zongzi to taste the next day.
